LOLC Al-Falaah will invest on a project proposed by you and become co-owners of the subject property engaging in a development enterprise. As part of the contract you would agree to purchase, LOLC’s share of the property through monthly payments over an agreed period of time. Your incremental acquisition of LOLC’s share will ultimately lead to full ownership of the property by you.
